Dear Harley Davidson Staff,

 

I am new proud Harley owner, and sending the letter to express my appreciation for the great service provided by HD San Jose service department staff.

I bought a Harley 2009 Sporster, and brought to HD for 1000 mile service.

Chad, who provides the service, and have the bike maintained, has be very helpful and courteous on my questions and concerns.

As a new HD owner, he was very courteous to answer any of my questions, and still show a great smile ;-)

Last but not leaset, Doug, who is also very professional, and patentient to answer all my questions.
